Local Shipping

All local deliveries are handled by Parcelman. Orders will be dispatched out from our warehouse within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) upon payment verification. Kindly note that this does not apply if there is a backorder item in the order unless a separate delivery is selected during checkout.

Local orders over S$80 nett in a single receipt will enjoy complimentary standard courier, which is based on one delivery. If there are instocks & backorders in your order and you would like to opt for separate delivery, a shipping fee applies for second delivery (i.e.backorder items). 

The delivery time frame is between 9AM to 10PM from Monday to Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.

*Any request of specific delivery timing or dates, if any, will be fulfilled on best efforts basis. We seek your kind understanding that we do not guarantee successful fulfillment of requests but our team will try our best to accommodate them.

All local shipping comes with tracking and a text notification will be sent by our courier on the day of delivery.

 

International Shipping

All our international orders are handled by Qxpress and Janio. Orders will be dispatched out from our warehouse within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) upon payment verification. Kindly note that this does not apply if there is a backorder item in the order.

All international orders are subjected to duties, taxes, and other clearance fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order and/or total shipping fee. If taxes and/or duties are charged for your parcel, you are responsible to settle them before delivery can proceed. Please contact your local customs if you have any questions regarding the charges. 

Should the parcel recipient reject paying the customs and duty fees, the parcel will be returned to us. The recipient will have to bear the full amount of the original shipping fee and a standard return fee to get the order re-delivered again.

*Due to the developing COVID-19 situation around the world, do expect delays in the processing of international orders. 

 

Splitting or combination of orders

To better streamline our operations and prevent order errors, combinations of orders are strictly not allowed.

 

Self Collection

To collect your order directly at our studio (located near Tai Seng), kindly ensure that a booking is made beforehand. Walk-ins are strictly not entertained.

All orders are to collected 30 days from the time the order is ready for collection. In the event that the order is not collected within 30 days, it will be considered canceled and deemed forfeited.

Bookings for self-collection can be made here.

*Self collection is unavailable from June till Mid September 2022. 

   

Unsuccessful delivery attempt

Failed delivery typically occurs when a customer is out of reach or when the shipping address provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

In the event that the customer is unreachable, the parcel will be brought back to the sorting hub where our courier will attempt to re-delivered the parcel over the next few days.

KEI will not be held responsible for any packages sent back to us due to failed delivery attempts or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.  In the event that nobody is available to pick up the parcel after 2 failed attempts, the package will be sent back to us, and a re-delivery fee of S$3.50 will be borne by the buyer to have the parcel shipped out again. 

 

Track a Parcel

All local and international orders are trackable. A tracking number will be sent to you along with a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

In the event that your parcel has not reached you within 7 working days (local orders) or 30 working days (international orders) from the shipment date, kindly email in to withlovekei.co@gmail.com so we can assist you with your parcel status.
