KEI reserves the right to reject any orders or disable any user account at any time if deemed inappropriate to our terms and conditions.
KEI currently provides the following payment methods: ATM Bank Transfer, iBanking, PayNow, PayLah!, PayPal, GrabPay, FavePay, and Stripe. All transaction fees are fully absorbed by KEI.
*Payments via Bank Transfers/ iBanking/ PayNow/ PayLah!/ FavePay have to be transferred within 24 hours after the order confirmation email has been sent. For verification purposes, please attach a screenshot of the payment to email@example.com.
All orders will be automatically canceled if payment is not received or updated within 24 hours. In the event that no payment is received or orders are found to be canceled repeatedly, your account may be blacklisted from future purchases.
Kindly ensure that all items are selected in the correct size and color as we are unable to amend any orders after confirmation. We will not be held liable in the event that the wrong size or color is selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
Backorders are open for sold-out items and tentatively arrive 6-8 weeks after the opening date of backorder.
Kindly only join a backorder if you are comfortable with the wait and any unforeseen delays. All backorders are subjected to unforeseen delays, especially during peak months (October to January), and we seek your kind understanding that any delayed shipments are beyond our control. There are strictly no returns or refunds if one backs out of paid backorder.
If there are both instock and backorder item(s) in the same order, all items will only be dispatched when the backorder item arrives. If you would like your instock item(s) to be dispatched first, kindly opt for separate shipping at checkout.
Kindly note that there may be slight color differences for backorder batches.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) on best efforts basis upon successful verification of payment.
All local orders are handled by ParcelMan, and delivery is estimated 1-3 working days depending on your preferred courier method (Standard/ Express).
All international orders are handled by Qxpress and Janio.
Delivery for all orders is between 9AM to 10PM from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
To ensure that your order is smoothly processed and promptly delivered, kindly ensure that all mailing details including name, shipping address and mobile number are correct and complete. In the event whereby a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or inadequate shipping address given, a re-delivery fee will apply.
*Due to the developing COVID-19 situation around the world, do expect delays for the processing and delivery of orders shipped internationally.
Customers will be held fully responsible for inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses provided that result in failure of delivery, and a re-delivery fee of S$3.50 (for local orders) will be applicable and payable before we arrange to have the parcel delivered again. Unless it is deemed an error on our part, the re-delivery fee will be borne by the customer.
All return parcels that are unclaimed within 30 days will be deemed as forfeited as sufficient response time has been afforded to the customer.

Returns and exchanges are only applicable to regular-priced items purchased directly on our website. Bundle deals, sale items or orders made with any form of discount code (other than first-timer discount or monthly collection code) or store credits are not eligible for any return or exchange.
Any reimbursement made by KEI will be in the form of store credits valid for 6 months. Cash refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Discount codes are not stackable on store credits. Kindly also note that discount codes are not valid on sale items and shipping charges for all orders.
Please ensure to key in any discount/ promotional code at the checkout page in order for the discount to be applied. No refunds will be made for orders where promotional codes are not entered at the point of purchase.
Personal discount codes and store credits issued are strictly non-transferable (regardless of reason) and cannot be sold to other customers for cash. KEI reserves the right to reject any transaction if discount codes are discovered to be misused.
|Accuracy of Measurement and Product Representation|
KEI strives to capture the most accurate colors of the products displayed on our website. However, we seek your understanding that the colors shown may differ slightly due to the difference in computer settings and color resolutions across all tech devices.
All measurements provided on our site are taken laid flat and as precise as possible to our best ability. Due to the nature of mass production, all measurements are subjected to an allowance up to 0.75" and discrepancies in measurements within this range are not deemed as defected.
