Returns & Exchanges

What's your return/ exchange policy?

Please note that refunds and exchanges are strictly not allowed if the size does not fit you as measurements are clearly stated on the website. 

KEI provides returns and exchange only for the following reasons:
1. Defective item received
2. Incorrect item received

A defective item is defined as a product that has manufacturing defects such as holes, major stains, faulty zips or missing parts such as buttons that affect the overall function of the item. In an event where a defected item is received, we will do an exchange for the exact same product.

For incorrect item received, we will do an exchange for the correct item. Postage charges for the return will be reimbursed by KEI.

A refund will only be made in the event when an item to be exchanged is out of stock. 


Why is my request for exchange/ return rejected? 

Request for exchange or return for the following reasons will be rejected:

1. Slight color differences 

2. Loose threads or slight stains 

3. Item(s) does not fit well

4. Lapse of time (Read more in the terms below)

5. Item(s) has been washed/ used


 How do I return the item(s) if I meet the above criteria? 

To request for a return, please kindly notify us via email at send us a Direct Message on Instagram with the following details:

Please do not send the defected or incorrect item back on your own accord.



In order to return your item, you must meet the following criteria:

1. All returns and exchanges have to be done within 10 days from the date of shipment (i.e. proof of returns/ exchanges has to be submitted and not to be sent back on own accord). Any request for return or exchange thereafter will not be entertained. 

2. Returned item(s) must be in brand new condition, unwashed and unworn in the original plastic packaging. KEI reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude that the item is not in a sellable condition. The customer shall bear the cost to deliver the item back.

3. A defective item will only be accepted if it is unwashed and unworn. We reject any returns once the product has been washed or used. 

A replacement piece will only be posted out upon receipt of the returned package to us. 

KEI reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if the return item does not meet the above conditions.
