KEI reserves the rights to amend any policy or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By using our site or purchasing from KEI, the buyer is deemed to engage in our service and agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed. 

We recognise the rights to protect your personal data, including the rights of access and correction, and the needs of the company to collect, use or disclose personal data for only legitimate and reasonable purposes. 

All sales are final and may not be amended. 

 

General

All emails will be attended to within 1-2 working days. Kindly avoid sending multiple emails as email from the same sender will get pushed back, hence resulting in possible delay in replies. We promise to get back to you as soon as we can!

KEI reserves the right to reject any orders or disable any user account at any time, if deemed inappropriate to our terms and conditions.  

 

Payment

KEI currently provides several payment methods, namely ATM Bank Transfer, iBanking, PayNow, PayLah!, PayPal, FavePay, and Stripe. All transaction fees are fully absorbed by KEI. 

*Payments via Bank Transfers/ iBanking/ PayNow/ PayLah!/ FavePay have to be transferred within 24 hours after the order confirmation email has been sent. For verification purposes, the buyer has to attach a screenshot of the payment to withlovekei.co@gmail.com.

All orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received or updated within 24 hours. In the event that no payment is received and orders are cancelled, your accounts may be blacklisted from future purchases. 

 

Purchase

Kindly ensure that all items are selected in the correct size and color as we are unable to amend any orders after confirmation. We will not be held liable in the event where wrong size or color is selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.

To better streamline our operations, we seek your understanding that combination of orders is strictly not allowed.

 

Backorders

Backorders are open for sold out items and require a waiting time of tentatively 2 weeks. All backorders are subjected to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipments that are beyond our control. Please join a backorder only if you are comfortable with the wait and any unforeseen delays, as no refund or cancellation will be allowed once an order has been confirmed. 

In the event where an order placed consists of both instock items and backorder items, all items will only be shipped out upon arrival of the backorder items. If you would like to receive the instock item(s) first, kindly place your order separately at checkout. 

*No emails will be sent for backorder updates.

  

Shipping  

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days (excluding orders with backorder items).

Delivery for all orders is from Monday to Saturday, excludes Sundays and Public Holidays.

To ensure that your order is smoothly processed and promptly delivered, kindly ensure all mailing details including name, shipping address and mobile number are correct and complete. In the event whereby a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/ inadequate shipping address given, a re-delivery fee will apply. Please note that no replies within 30 days of returned items will result in parcel disposal.

*Due to the developing COVID-19 situation around the world, do expect delays of up to 21 working days for all international orders. 

 

Returned Packages

Customers will be held fully responsible for wrong or insufficient shipping address provided that results in failure of delivery, and a re-delivery fee will be applicable after a non-successful attempt. Unless it is deemed an error on our part, the re-delivery fee will be borne by the customer.

All return parcels returned to KEI that are unclaimed within 30 days will be deemed as forfeited as sufficient response time has been afforded to the customer. 

  

 Returns/ Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only applicable to incorrect or defective item received. We provide returns and exchanges for all items except for items on sale or orders placed using a promotional code, e-voucher or store credit. 

Any reimbursement made by KEI will be in the form of store credits (valid for 3 months). Cash refunds are strictly not allowed.

 Promotional Codes

All promotional codes usually have expiration dates which will be informed accordingly. Please ensure to key in any promotional code at the checkout page in order for the discount to be applied. No refunds will be made for orders where promotional codes are not entered at point of purchase.

Promotional codes are not stackable, and cannot be used in conjunction with store credits. Kindly note that they are not valid on delivery charges for all orders. Orders placed using promotional codes are also strictly not applicable for any returns or exchanges. 

 

 Accuracy of Product Representation

KEI strives to capture the most accurate colors of the products displayed on our website. Nonetheless, we seek your understanding that color might differ slightly in real life due to individual's computer settings. 

Due to possible discrepancies from the manufacturing process, please allow a slight difference of 1-3 cm in all product measurements provided.

Loose threads or slight stains that do not affect the overall look or function of the products are not deemed as defected.
