General Conditions

KEI reserves the right to amend any of the terms & conditions stated below from time to time without prior notice. By using our site and/ or placing any orders with us, you are deemed to engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Kindly ensure that all item(s) are selected in the correct sizes and colors before checking out your order. We will not be able to amend/ cancel your order once payment has been made. 

While the estimated time of arrival for backorder items is stated to be tentatively 2 weeks, backorders are subjected to shipping or processing delays beyond our control. Refund or cancellation for any ongoing backorders will strictly not be allowed regardless of reason once an order has been confirmed. Kindly ensure that you are comfortable with the waiting time before making a purchase with any backorder item.

KEI reserves the right to reject any orders or disable any user account at any time, if deemed inappropriate to our terms and conditions. 



All orders will be fulfilled and dispatched in 1-3 working days (unless otherwise stated) on a best effort basis following the successful receipt of your order.    

Important: Kindly note that orders with both ready stocks and backorder items will only be shipped out upon arrival of the backorder items. Customers are highly advised to place your order separately if you would like to receive the ready pieces in your order first.

Due to the developing COVID-19 situation around the world, do expect delays of up to 21 working days for all international orders.


 Accuracy of Product Representation

Color differences may be present due to discrepancies from computers or tech devices. Nonetheless, we strive to ensure that the colors of the products displayed on our website are as accurate as possible.

Due to possible discrepancies from the manufacturing process, please allow a slight difference of 2-3cm in the product measurements.

Loose threads or slight stains that do not affect the overall look or function of the products are not deemed as defected.


Returned Packages

Customers will be fully held responsible for insufficient or wrong information provided that results in failure of delivery, and additional charges for re-delivery will be applicable after a non-successful attempt. KEI will only bear all delivery costs if deemed an error on our part. 

Return packages will be forfeited if they are unclaimed after 90 days from date of purchase.  


 Cancellation of Order

Unfortunately, we will not be able to amend or cancel your order once the order has been submitted.


 Returns/ Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are strictly applicable only for regular priced products. KEI does not have a cash refund policy, and all returns would be provided in the form of store credits.  

KEI would not be held liable for any lost or damaged return packages. All said items are highly recommended to be returned to us via a traceable courier.
