The Symphony Waist Cut-out Mini Dress is designed with a fitted silhouette and square neckline that accentuates the collarbone. We're especially loving the cut-out detail at the waist that adds a touch of twist (literally) to the outfit! Finished off with concealed back zipper closure. Also available in Soft Blue.
