Lockets

• Lockets can be earned through direct purchases from our online store and studio showroom.
• Lockets are distributed upon completion of an order.
• Lockets expire 365 days from the date they are earned and are awarded based on the total purchase amount, excluding shipping fees.
• Members can collect and redeem rewards for both online and in-studio purchases.
• Upon usage, each locket is considered spent and will be deducted from your locket balance.
• Lockets are awarded for regular-priced items (including gift cards) and are accumulated on the total net purchase of your order.
• Lockets cannot be redeemed for cash, is non-transferable, and cannot be brought, sold, or in any way traded.
• Any misuse of the rewards system will result in account deactivation.
• Lockets can be used to redeem rewards only via your personal online account and can be used online or offline as specified in their terms and conditions.
• Past purchases are not eligible for lockets redemption.
  
  

Discounts

• E-voucher(s) will expire 365 days after the redemption date and must be redeemed upon checkout on our website or at our studio.
• Any unutilized e-voucher(s) (fully or partially) will not be refunded.
• E-voucher redemption is not stackable with discount codes or birthday codes.
• Discounts apply to all regular-priced items and are not applicable on sale items, set purchases, bundles, and gift cards.
• Welcome Reward is a one-time use discount that will be emailed to you when your tier upgrades and can only be used when your tier status is valid.
• Birthday discount will be automatically applied to the first order made during the birthday month, spending is capped at $500 per order.
• Free shipping privilege distributed during birthday month is auto-applied and is only applicable for local orders (Singapore).
• Discounts are not stackable on one another.
  
  

Others

• Member status expires after 365 days from the date of promotion. You will be demoted if you fail to maintain your tier for renewal for another year.
• Each user is capped at 300 lockets redemption per month for try-on sharing on Instagram or Telegram.

• The rewards program terms and conditions, structures, or any other descriptions are subject to change without prior notification.

• KEI reserves the right to change, modify (including how points will be earned and redeemed, and what rewards will be available), terminate, discontinue, or cancel the program at any time at our sole discretion.

• Any changes, modifications, termination, or any part of the rewards program or its terms will be effective upon publication of those changes on the website. 

• Your continued participation in the rewards program will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications.
