Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 working days* (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) upon payment verification.

The delivery time frame is between 9AM to 10PM from Monday to Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
Any request for specific delivery timing or dates, if any, will be fulfilled on best efforts basis.
If there are both instocks and backorder items in your order, your order will only be dispatched once all the backorder items have arrived. If you would like to receive your instock items first, please opt for split shipment during checkout.
Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for order processing and deliveries during festive/ sale or promotional periods.

All international orders are handled by EasyParcel.

To keep shipping costs affordable, packages are handed over to the local postal service. Delivery times vary by country but usually reach the country within 7-14 working days.
We seek your understanding that any shipping delays (i.e. festive periods or other plausible reasons during the transit period) are beyond our control.
All international orders are subjected to duties, taxes, and other clearance fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order and/or the total shipping fee, and will be fully borne by you.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies as well as tax and handling fees differ from country to country. Please contact your local customs if you have any questions regarding the aforementioned charges.
Should the parcel recipient reject paying the customs and duty fees, the parcel will be returned to us. The recipient will have to bear the full amount of the original shipping fee and a standard return fee to get the order re-delivered again.

To better streamline our operations and prevent order errors, combinations of orders are strictly not allowed.

Failed delivery typically occurs when a customer is out of reach or when the shipping address provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
Each delivery fee allows up to 2 delivery attempts by the deliveryman. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are contactable via the mobile number provided during checkout.
In the event that nobody is available to pick up the parcel after 2 failed attempts, a re-delivery fee of S$3.50 will be borne by the buyer to have the parcel shipped out again.
Please kindly ensure that the mailing address provided during checkout is accurate.
KEI will not be held responsible for any packages sent back to us due to failed delivery attempts or incomplete/ inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.
