Shipping & Delivery

Singapore Orders

We offer complimentary standard shipping and every order is shipped in our luxe satin pouch on all local orders over S$80!

Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) upon payment verification.

*Does not apply if there is a backorder item in the order unless a split shipment is selected during checkout.

*Please note that free shipping is based on one delivery.

If there are both instocks and backorder items in your order, your order will only be dispatched once all the backorder items have arrived. 

If you would like to receive your instock items first, please opt for split shipment during checkout. 

Please allow an additional 2-4 working days for order processing and dispatch of order during sale and festive periods.

International Orders

Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) upon payment verification.

Kindly note that this does not apply if there is a backorder item in the order.

To keep shipping costs affordable, packages are handed over to the local postal service. Delivery times vary by country but will usually reach you within 5-14 working days — We seek your understanding that any shipping delays (i.e. festive periods or other plausible reasons during the transit period) are beyond our control. 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties. For more details on customs duties, please check with your local customs office. 

Should the parcel recipient reject paying the customs and duty fees, the parcel will be returned to us. The recipient will have to bear the full amount of the original shipping fee and a standard return fee to get the order re-delivered.

Unsuccessful Delivery

Failed delivery typically occurs when a customer is out of reach or when the shipping address provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

Each delivery fee allows up to 2 delivery attempts by the deliveryman. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are contactable via the mobile number provided during checkout.

In the event that nobody is available to pick up the parcel after 2 failed attempts, a re-delivery fee of S$3.90 will be borne by the buyer to have the parcel shipped out again. 

Please kindly ensure that the mailing address provided during checkout is accurate.

KEI will not be held responsible for any packages sent back to us due to failed delivery attempts or incomplete/ inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.
