Operations & Logistics Assistants (Part-Time)

This is an all-rounder role where you will be responsible for both day-to-day operations and customer services.

As an Operations and logistics member, you will be rotated between operations and customer service when needed and are not afraid to take up a range of task duties. You have a proactive and positive attitude, and are always ready for what's to come.

About this position:

  • In-office position based in Singapore
  • Commitment period of at least 6 months (Applicants with a longer commitment period will be prioritized)
  • Office Location: 72 Eunos Avenue 7 (Central East)
  • Flexible weekly working hours and days
  • Minimum 1-2 days per week from Monday to Friday, with Monday/ Tuesday preferred

What you will be in charge of (include but not limited to):

  • Day-to-day operations (including but not limited to packing and dispatching of orders) 
  • Unload, replenish, and arrange new and existing stocks
  • Handle and process customers' exchanges and returns efficiently in a thoughtful manner
  • Manage inventory, quality checks, and bi-weekly stock count to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Be the point of contact for all queries across our platforms, and all customer service-related matters
  • Greet and assist customers for appointed studio visits, offering assistance with try-ons and selections to enhance customers' experience
  • Uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction both in-person and via digital channels
  • Assist in the preparation of photoshoots and events 
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and social media

  • Have prior work experience in logistics and/or customer service in the e-commerce or fashion industry
